What is epsom salt?

You may have heard of epsom salt or magnesium sulphate before. It is a mineral salt of sulfuric acid. It sounds all scary, but it’s cheating. This kind of salt is so effective to:

Detoxifying epsom salt extracts all toxic substances from your body.

Calming: Epsom Salt helps relieve your body and makes you feel soothing.

Fatigue: It helps to prevent fatigue.

Foot bath: You can use this salt perfectly for your foot baths. It is even

recommended. It calms the feet, makes your feet detoxify and makes your feet grow soft.

Her treatment: Epsom salt combined with a natural / mild conditioner creates an incredible volume!

Scrub to exfoliate: This salt also provides a super good exfoliating effect.

A recipe for each

Run a hot hot bath and add 500 grams of epsom salt and 5 drops of essential lavender oil and some squeezed lemon juice. Take time and relax for about 30 minutes. The salt does its job all the way in this time. It relaxes your muscles and works very soothingly. Take such a bath in the evening before going to sleep or in the morning for an energy boost.

For a foot bath you only need a bowl that fills you with warm water. Add 100 grams of epsom salt together with sea salt and baking soda. Add an essential oil such as lavender, tea tree, etc. Leave your feet to rest for about 15 minutes. Your feet feel super-duper soft.

Take a handful of epsom salt and mix it with your shampoo or conditioner. It is recommended to use a natural to very mild shampoo / conditioner for better and healthier effects. Mix this together and massage your hair. Leave this for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse out et voila!

Taking a handful of epsom salt along with some honey (optional) gently massage the entire skin it causes blood circulation to stimulate besides boosting the production of new skin cells and elastin. A perfect recipe for stimulating connective tissue technology that provides in-house activity.

You can buy epsom salt in your nature/bio drugstore.  This type of salt has 3 different names.

Bitter salt

All 3 are correct. The fact that these actions are effective is not excluded. Try it all by yourself.
